Are you interested in coaching someone who is going through Serve Reedley's vocational training program? As a Job Coach, you'd be paired with a trainee who is working hard to develop job and life skills. You'd walk with them as they take the steps necessary to find a job.

This could look like:

- Sharing your work experience and insight into      job skills

- Conducting mock interviews

- Reviewing resumes and cover-letters

- Providing advice and cheer-leading as they          look for a job!

Many people don't have anyone who is invested in their success. As a Job Coach, you can help someone change their life!
